The Walk to End Domestic Violence is an annual event that is free and open to the public. Every year, Out of the Darkness, Inc. participates, contributes, and supports the Walk Against Domestic Violence. Many of the residents know first hand what it is like to live in abusive relationships. Fortunately, they have also learned that their lie is valuable, that God created them for greatness, and that they have been set free from violence and abuse. Every life matters!
The event takes place in Rochester, NY at the Maplewood Rose Garden Park each August and is hosted by Lucila Matos. For more information about how you can get involved, please feel free to check out their Facebook page linked below.
